Round 1 

Time: 8 pm 

Comments: saw RA Maddy and a few of her residents on her floor. Saw a resident walking through the hall. Saw one male resident doing laundry.  Saw 2 girls in second floor lounge/ kitchen area. Saw no residents Elm. 

Round 

Time: 10 pm

Comments: saw girls in elm D. Saw RA Sam and RA Anthony outside 392.  Saw girls leaving 21.  Saw RA rich in CC12. 

Round 3 

Time: 12 pm 

Comments: saw residents leaving elm. Saw one resident cooking in the kitchen on the main floor. Saw residents in second floor common area. Saw residents outside CC 21z saw RA rich, said hi.  Didn’t see any other residents in Elm. 

Round 4 

Time: 2:00 am 

Comments: saw residents leave CC 21. Saw one resident in the kitchen on the second floor.   Saw 2 residents in the hall of the second floor. Saw residents in main floor lounge.  No activity in elm. 

Round 5 

Time: 12:00 pm 

Comments: saw no residents in elm or CC 21
